I understand. That was me to. Thankfully, after years of hitting the gym just to burn off calories in the chocolate I “shouldn’t” have eaten, I now know there’s another, better, healthier, way.

My approach to health and weight loss isn’t about deprivation or strict rules. It’s about adding more nutrient rich foods into your diet. It’s about finding foods you love and make you feel good, and then eating more of them.

Sustainable weight loss doesn’t mean cutting out chocolate or never enjoying a glass of wine again. It’s about finding ways to include them in a way of eating that works for you.
